These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the iCareFix website and repair services. By booking a repair with us, you agree to the terms below.

Quotes and Diagnosis

Diagnosis of your device is free of charge and carries no obligation. All prices shown on our website are indicative starting prices; your final quote depends on the device model, the fault found and the part option you choose. No repair work begins until you approve the final quote.

Repairs and Parts

We are an independent repair service and are not affiliated with, authorised by or endorsed by Apple Inc. We will explain the available part options and their prices before any repair. Repair times quoted are typical estimates and may vary depending on part availability and fault complexity.

Warranty

Repairs are covered by a warranty on the replaced part and our workmanship. The warranty period depends on the repair type and is stated on your bill. The warranty does not cover subsequent physical damage, liquid damage, unauthorised opening of the device or faults unrelated to the original repair.

Your Data and Device

Please back up your data before any repair. While most repairs do not affect stored data, we are not responsible for data loss during repair. We recommend removing SIM cards and disabling activation locks where relevant.

Device Collection

Devices should be collected within 30 days of repair completion. We will make reasonable efforts to contact you; devices left uncollected for an extended period after notice may be treated as abandoned to the extent permitted by law.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from a repair is limited to the amount paid for that repair. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Indian law, including your statutory consumer rights.

Trademarks

Apple, iPhone and iPad are trademarks of Apple Inc., registered in the U.S. and other countries. All trademarks are used for identification purposes only.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Delhi NCR.
